Luiperdkloof trout lodge is 65 km’s from Wakkerstroom and is situated in the Balele Mountain range.
It is a declared Natural heritage site, site No. 47. It is a habitat for rare and threatened flora and fauna species as well as indigenous forests with resident leopard.
Environmental Atlas site no 673. It comprises as an aquifer recharge area, functioning natural streams and wetlands within the Bivane river catchment area.
There are historical sites such as stone structures that are possible remnants of the first and second Boer War.
Accommodation are as follows:
2 fully equipped self-catering cottages with two en-suite bedrooms and 1 fully equipped self-catering cottage with 1 en-suite bedroom. All these units sleep 4 people. All the cottages have their own fireplaces.
We cater for the whole family – children of all ages are welcome.
